Hi there and welcome again!
First of all I'd like to wish you all a happy 2013.
I still don't have any computer, and will not get it back within another 1-2 weeks.
But I managed to find a friend where I was able to upload some things and here I am... back with another CCWS creation for you.
This week the sketch has been made by me and you can find it on the CCWS-blog.
And this is the card I created. Pretty clean & simple, but really love it.
Hope you will enjoy this card and hopefully you're able to join us at CCWS with this challenge.
Thanks so much for coming over and I really hope my computerproblems will be solved soon.

Call me old fashioned, but I don't own any iPad/iPhone/smartphone/etc.
So when your computer is restarting all the time, while it should start, it's time to go to a library to internet *lol*
So I'm here, very old-fashioned, to say I won't update my blog for a while, at least till the 7th January or even later, so my computer can be looked after.
I wanted to thank everyone visiting my blog and wish you a fantastic 2013! May all your dreams and wishes come true.
----------------
Hi there!
*update*
Sorry for my awesome absence the last weeks, but am feeling terribly sick :(
First I had a major pain in the back and wasn't able to move properly (crawling on your knees through your house, just so you don't feel any stings isn't funny and felt really tired from only sitting/lying in my bed/couch and walking... like 5 min. lying down, 5 min. walking, 5 min. sitting and that all day long... terrible!).
And if that wasn't enough I now have a terrible pain in my ear and throat for almost a week now and seems like nothing helps at the moment, so better go to a doctor if this doesn't get any better. Also am talking like a seal at the moment...
So all by all... 3 weeks further... it can't be any more terrible, specially during Christmas.
So I'm really sorry if I haven't responded to any emails etc., but am really tired and really don't feel sitting behind my computer. The first 2 weeks I wasn't even able to sit for 2 minutes, so that's getting better.
I already sceduled this post before getting sick and haven't made a proper card since this one..
Hopefully will be back within a couple of days...
**end of update**
Hi there!
Today I like to show you a card I made for the kleurenkaartenteam.
You are supposed to make a card with blue and silver. Great Christmas/Wintercolors.
Only problem was/is... I don't have any silver paper, so I had to be a bit creative and used my silver embossingpowder.
And the best thing is... this card didn't take me too long to make.
Embossed the edges of my mat under the blue paper with the silver embossingpowder.
Stamped the images, embossed them as well. Punched out the ornaments and put them on the card.
Easypeasy...
So here you have it...
Thanks so much for coming over and hopefully you have had a fantastic Christmas Day and will have a lovely Boxing Day as well today.
Hi there and welcome to another CCWS.
This is our last challenge for this year and a very special one as there's some candy up for grabs at the DT-members' blogs!
Oh yeah... just read on...
We all choose our fave sketch of this year and made a card with it.
I choose sketch #31 as it was my first one I made for the CCWS-DT a couple of months ago and yeah... I still like it!
So here's my take...
Made with one of my fave Christmasstamps... looooooooove my cats!
And here's the little surprise I have for you...
Some patterned papers, embellishments (some more will be added to your prize) and one of my all time fave Magnolia Winterstamps.
Please visit the CCWS-blog for the rules of this challenge and really hope you can join in.
Thanks so much for coming over and hope to see you later on!
Hi there and welcome back...
It's been a while for updating my blog and being online. Busy with all the Sinterklaascelebrations at work.
Today it's time for another CCWS with a twist this time... make a bag!
I hardly have any paperbags, got them (that's 5 of them in totall...) in 3 different sizes... small, bit taller and tall (perfect for a magazine and other stuff).
The small one really was too small for the sketch, the tall one too big and the middle one... uhh... not that perfect, but it will do ;)
Instead of using paperpads, I used some scrapbookpapers from 2005 and yeah... still love my Doodlebugcollection.
Anyways... back to the challenge...
This week we're sponsored by Make it Crafty.
And here's my take on the sketch which you can find at the CCWS-blog.
**sorry for the terrible photo.... but due to all the Sinterklaascelebrations, I left my best camera at work and forgot to bring it with me to take photos... Will try to make a better one later on...**
Thanks so much for coming over and hope to see you around later on.
Some serious Christmasshopping in London :)
Oh yeah... finally, after 17 years of going to London almost every year, I finally was there just a couple of weeks before Christmas and was able to see all the gorgeous decorations in all the shops, beautifull Christmaslights in the streets and so much more.
Never been there so short before Christmas and wow... finally been there!
A dream came true these last couple of days :)
So... with me being in the Christmasspirit, here's another Christmascard I like to show you.
Made it with my Speccies, aka Spectrum Noir markers.
Very simple, very CAS, but sooooooo love it!
It's a 4x4" card, so very little.
Love the effect of just an image and sentiment stamp. Keep things focussed on it.
Thanks so much for coming over and hope to see you again later on!
Hi all!
Today I like to show you a very, very CAS-card I made recently with my Speccies aka Spectrum Noir markers.
Stamped the image and only used 3 colors to color the image. Couldn't be any simpler ;)
Scored some lines on the bottom of the card for some effect and added some stickles on top of the tree.
Love this card!
Thanks so much for coming over and hope to see you later on! :)
Hi there and welcome to another Christmas Cards {with Sketches} Challenge.
It's already our 51st challenge!
This week the sketch is made by Nicolet and I soooooooooo love this sketch! Will defenately use it for a non-Christmas/Wintercard as well.
We're sponsored by Alotta Rubberstamps and we all got a nice image to play with.
But without rambling too much... here's my card:
Off course my image has been colored with the Spectrum Noir markers.
Colors I used are:
Blue: TB1, TB2, TB3
Grey/brown: BG1, BG2, BG3
Carrot: OR1 and BG1
Shadow: BT1, BT2
Now it's up to you to play with us.
Just visit the CCWS-blog for more inspiration and hopefully you're able to join us this week.
Thanks so much for coming over and hope to see you around later on!
