Have done some shopping :)

Friday evening I went to a scrapbookstore to follow a workshop by Tracy Hudson. It was a Prima workshop and already followed one about 2 years ago at the same store.
It was just great! I'm not someone that likes glitter and bling a lot, so it was quite of a shock to notice there was "some" bling in the kit.
(nevertheless I have to tell you I bought some of those "bling" flowers yesterday)
But.... I just sooooooo enjoyed it!

As I had to travel (by public transport, as I don't own a car and don't really need it either) a bit, I left work with a colleague of mine who had to travel the same direction.
Bought some dinner at the trainstation and had a marvelous evening untill... I had to go home that is.
Got the bus at about 10.05 pm, got the train at about 10.30, but had to change trains in Utrecht and there it was.... the train had some delay, 15 minutes. That's ok, but then they said it would take again 15 minutes before the train would leave, so I just took another train back home. I was home at 00.45 am!!!
Man, I was tired!
After 5 hours of sleep, my alarm went off so I could get the bus to get a car to Zeist, which is where the Art Specially Event was.

Still tired, I just sooooooooo loved the event!
Met loads of people (hi Lins, Angelina, Laura, Cora, Liezbeth, Rosita, Linda, and another one, sorry, can't remember your name...) and bought loads of cool goodies :)

It was extremely busy in the hall... terrible I can tell you! But there were so many cool shops!

First I went to the Magnolia-stand as I'm quite addicted to those stamps *lol*
Bought the newest stamps of the "fairytale"-collection. Really like them!
Also bought some flowers, other stamps, inks and papers.

Here it is :)

Have been playing around with some of the stamps already, so you will find those projects on my blog real soon :)

Anyways... I was really tired after the event. Left at about 6 pm and really enjoyed the day!
When I got home it was about 7.45 pm and felt really tired. Watched some tv and went sleeping.

Can't wait to go to the event next year!

Christmascard

Have been creating cards today, this is a card I made for an online sketch.
Hope you will like it.

Last Friday I went for lunch with some friends and before that, me and a friend went to a scrapbookstore and I bought this great pen.
If you use your heattool, it just pops! Just love the effect of it! Perfect for christmascards this year!

A detail of the "popping"-stuff... love it!

A Little Yummy...

Every year, I give myself some birthday presents.
This year is no exeption.
I am in love with the newest line of Magnolia stamps, A little yummy. It's the first line I like all the stamps off, so as it's almost my birthday, I just thought of giving myself some of these stamps...hehe...

I just love Magnolia and this line... wow... I also love to cook and make cakes etc, so this line is just perfect for me! Already got Magnolia's Fall kit and the kit is the same line as these stamps. Perfect!

Here's a photo of my birthdaypresents I gave myself this year...
Some Magnolia-stamps, a HouseMouse stamp and the Basic Grey paperpads Indian Summer and Eskimo Kisses.

Did a pretty good job, eh?? *lol*

Gotta go... watch a blogcandy coming real, real soon!!

Have to bake some more cakes and quiches *yummy!!*

Scrapsjopping

Yesterday I went scrapsjopping with my mother.
Had a all-day trainticket left, got the journey planned (very strict timeplanning I can tell *lol*) and went to 3 scrapbookstores in the east/middle of The Netherlands.

This is what I bought in the first store:

The newest Imaginisce Christmasline (just loooooooooove it!!) with 2 of their stamps, some Kaisercraft, DreamStreet etc. etc. and a Martha Stewart stars-punch.

Ok, shop number 2...

Again lovely items. As this was more of an artist stampingstore, I really enjoyed myself watching all those wonderfull created items. Could have been there for a long time, but we had a strict timeplanning, otherwise we couldn't be in the last store :)
And this is what I bought in the last store...

My Mind's Eye Christmaspapers. Bought both their newest Christmaslines. Soooooooo gorgeous!!
Also bought some other MME's papers (Halloween), other papers, some rub-ons for making cards and some fabrics.
Have been creating some cards with the Christmaslines already and just love them!!! Will show them soon.

Thanks for visiting again :)
