Hi there and welcome to another ABC Challenge.
This time we have the letter J for you and like to Jazz things up with bling etc.
I made this card with a special magnolia stamp which has only been given away at a Magnolia Event last Spring overhere in The Netherlands :)
Think she's really sweet!
Put some bling on here as I think it's just perfect and not *too* much.

I used Jessica Witty's card as inspiration. Hmm... just cased it really ;)
I found out the PTI Parisian Lace die is the same as the Cheery Lynn French Pastry!! Oh wow!

This time we like to see home deco's (non cards!).
For this challenge I made a photoframe for a girl who's birthday is within a couple of days and I hope she'll like it. She's very into princesses and princes, so this Wags'nWhiskers image is just the perfect gift for her :)

Deze keer is de challenge om home-deco te maken (geen kaarten!).
Voor deze challenge heb ik een fotolijst gemaakt voor een meisje dat bijna jarig is en ik hoop dat ze het leuk zal vinden. Ze zit helemaal in de prinsen-en prinsessesfase, dus dit Wags'nWhiskers plaatje is gewoon perfect :)

It's the first of the month, so time for another ABC Challenge for all of you.
This time we're seeing the I, and it's for "In Pairs".
I was really struggling with this one. I wanted to make a card with layers, also wanted to use a Magnolia, but... when I was looking through my stamps (oh yeah... it's just so nice doing this, even if you don't do anything with them ;)), I came across this one from Stampingbella and think it's just perfect for this challenge!
Wanted to make a CAS card, and think I did this one pretty CAS. Stamped the sentiment on the cardstock, cut out my colored stamped image and put it there with some 3d foam. Mission completed! :)
Hi en welkom bij alweer een koude dag! :)
Het is de eerste van de maand, dus tijd voor een nieuwe ABC Challenge voor jullie allemaal.
Ditmaal zijn we bij de I aanbeland, en dit is voor "In Pairs", "in paren".
Ik kwam langzaam op gang met deze challenge. Ik wilde een kaart met wat layers maken, wilde ook een Magnolia gebruiken, maar.... toen ik heerlijk door m'n stempels aan het kijken was (oh jawel... het is zooooooo heerlijk om dit te doen, ook al doe je er verder niets mee ;)), zag ik deze Stampingbella en vond dit de perfecte stempel voor deze challenge!
Ik wilde er een CAS kaart van maken en is mij geloof ik wel gelukt. Heb de tekst direct op het cardstock gestempeld, m'n gekleurde afdrukje uitgeknipt en met wat 3d-foam opgeplakt. Missie geslaagd! :)

Oh yes, finally King Winter has arrived and treated us on some freezing *whoowhoo*
Today I like to show you a card I made for the LIM challenge: sketch. Got so many ideas to use this sketch for, but so little time... Guess that if I ever had a shop that'd sell time, I'd be a billionaire within a day ;)
But for now, you have to do it with a CAS Valentine's Card.
Used some SU supplies and some twine from My Shop

Eindelijk is Koning Winter gearriveerd en trakteert ons op wat vriesweer *whoowhoo*
Vandaag wil ik een kaartje laten zien die ik voor de LIM challenge heb gemaakt, een schets. Ik heb zoveel ideeën om deze schets te gebruiken, maar zo weinig tijd. Als ik ooit een winkel zou hebben die tijd zou verkopen, dan zou ik binnen een dag miljardair zijn :)
Maar nu moeten jullie het even met een CAS Valentine's kaartje doen.
Ik heb wat SU spullies gebruikt en wat twine uit m'n shoppie valentine's twine... heerlijk spul om mee te werken!!

After making last Monday's card I wanted to make another Happy New Year card, even though we're already 4 weeks in 2012.
This time I made it with plain white cardstock and some Melon Mambo-accents. Oh, I just looooooove this combo!
Added some ribbon and stickles and put out one of my embossingfolders to emboss the background.
Nadat ik de kaart van vorige week maandag had gemaakt, wilde ik nogmaals een Happy New Year-kaart maken, ook al zitten we al 4 weken in 2012.
Ditmaal heb ik de kaart gemaakt met wit cardstock en wat Melon Mambo-accenten. Geweldige kleurcombi! :)
Ik heb wat lint en stickles gebruikt en heb ook weer eens een embossingfolder tevoorschijn gehaald om de achtergrond te embossen.

Vandaag heb ik een Magnoliakaartje. Het is gemaakt met een geweldige Tilda. Het is gemaakt voor het Magnolia-Event, exclusief :)
Anyways... I think this is one of the Magnolia stamps I love most for making wintercards, so that's what I did :)
As you might know (wrote it several times overhere, if not... here's again...) I'm totally not a bling-bling girl, but... I guess some Stickles and rhinestones/gems are the perfect accessorize for cards.
And when it comes to choosing between diamonds and pearls, my heart goes to diamonds, just because they shine so pretty in the light.
Anyways... Ik denk dat dit één van m'n favo Magnoliastempels is om winterkaarten mee te maken, dus dat is wat ik heb gedaan :)
Zoals je misschien zult weten (heb het er al meerdere keren over gehad, zo niet, hier is het opnieuw...)
Ik ben totaal geen bling-bling girlie, maar... wat Stickles en rhinestones/gems zijn volgens mij de perfecte accessorize voor kaarten.
En als het gaat om te kiezen tussen diamanten en parels, dan gaat mijn hart tocht uit naar diamanten, gewoon omdat ze zo mooi schitteren in het licht.

I wanted to share a Magnolia Edwin card today. I don't use the Edwin stamps a lot, so it was time to set them in the spotlight ;)
Made this card for some challenges and when I found out the Magnolia Down Under challenge was to use the colors of your national flag, it was quite obvious to use Soccer Edwin as well as The Netherlands are very fanatic soccerplayers (and I really wish all those streets weren't colored orange during European and World Championships... terrible!).
So here you have it... Soccer Edwin in the national colors of The Netherlands: red, white and blue.

Vandaag wil ik een Magnolia Edwin kaart laten zien. Ik gebruik de Edwin stempels niet zo heel vaak, dus het was tijd om hem eens in de spotlight te zetten ;)
Ik heb deze kaart voor wat challenges gemaakt en toen ik erachter kwam dat MDUC een challenge had om de kleuren van je vlag te gebruiken, lag het nogal voor de hand om dan ook Soccer Edwin te gebruiken.
Vele Nederlanders houden nu eenmaal van dit spelletje (en ik wenste dat al die straten niet zo oranje gekleurd waren tijdens EK's en WK's, zeker niet die straat bij mij...wat een herrie!!).
Dus hier is ie... Soccer Edwin in de Nederlandse kleuren: rood, wit en blauw.
