Papertrey December Blog Hop Challenge

Hi there and welcome to the Papertrey Ink December Blog Hop Challenge! :)

I defenately wanted to participate in this challenge, as it would be a real challenge for me.
The challenge is to use some left over material to create a project.
I used some twine I had left after wrapping some presents and used the tree I cut out of wrapping paper (bought this one last September in London). Have to say I stamped the "bubblewrap", but it looks like real :)

So here you have my project, a kraftbag to use next year ;)

And my kraftbag with the wrapping paper (you can see the trees on it):

Thank you very much for coming over!
Hope to see you tomorrow... am working on another project :) Yeah... mojo is back! :)

This project will play in the following challenges:
- PTI: bloghop
- CAS-ual Fridays: Brown paper packages tied up with string
- JellyPark Challenges: Anything but a card

Yeah!! Back online!! :)

Thanks to my great brother I'm back online since past Thursday!! *whoowhooooooooooooo*
I'm so glad everyting is normal right now. I had a virus (and I'm not a computernerd at all, so was quite scared loosing everything), but that's gone as well :)

I'm trying to find my way around again, seeing new challenges etc., making crafty things, etc. etc. on the internet. Wow... I missed so much in the last weeks, but it was also a good time to do other things at home.
Have so many plans for 2012, just watch my blog for updates :)

Anyways... gotta go right now, am in a crafty mood today, also baking my 2011 Christmascake. So many things in life I love doing, it's sometimes hard to make a decision.

Thank you all so much for visiting me the last weeks, even though I didn't upload things. I will make it up to you asap! :)

internet problems :(

Hi all!

Not so good news right now... well... there are worse things in the world.
Am writing this from someone else's home, but I don't have any internet and emailaccess at home. Have a virus on my computer and guess I have deleted some files that were part of internet and emailaccess.... *whoops!*
So no updates from me the last couple of days and the next couple of days as well. Hopefully it will be fixed this Friday.

But, the good part...
It gives me loads of cleaning time :) My craftroom hasn't looked so organized since 2007 *lol*
And some good crafttime as well :)

So this is the update... hopefully I will be back online soon...

ABC Challenge: D for Dazzle

Hi there and welcome to another ABC Challenge! *whoowhoo!!*

This time we arrived at the D, and it's for DAZZLE, so get out your glitter and glamour and get creative.
I'm totally into the Christmasmood and just loooooooooove this SU set. I just love the trees (there are actually 3 trees on the stamp, but didn't use the 3rd one).
I stamped them with Versamark and put some holographic embossingpowder on it and heated it. Just looooove the sparkle it gives. Not too much (I'm not a glittery type), but just enough for some action.

So here you have the card:

And a detailphoto of the trees to see the sparkles...

Thanks very much for coming over.
I hope to visit you while you play along with us. So get over to the ABC Challengeblog to see what to do :)

See you later! :)

Happy 90th Birthday! Magnolia stamp card

Hi there and happy 90th Birthday Grandma! :)

Oh yeah... it's a special day overhere and we celebrated in style with loads of family, friends and other people. It was just great!

As I think 90 roses are wasting too much space (are gone within a couple of days/weeks and are very, very expensive, even though I love my grandma a lot), I made this card and told her it was me giving those roses and she had to imagine it were 90 real ones :)

Anyways... here's my card. Just love the LOTV sentiment I bought in London last September. I really enjoyed creating it a lot and had a lot of compliments today from people, but the best part was my grandma liking it :)

So here you have it...

And a detailphoto:

Thanks for coming over and see you later! :)

This card will play in the following challenges:
-
Simply Magnolia: Anything goes
- Simon Says Stamp: Photo inspiration
- Stamptacular Sunday: Punch it!
- Card Caravan Challenge: Birthday themed

Basic Grey Challenge: Mix & Match Lily of the Valley card

Hi there and welcome! :)

Oh boy... busy, busy, busy, headaches, headaches and more headaches... not a day without them :(
Ok, I will stop now, as there are a lot more worse things in the world.

Anyways... welcome to another Basic Grey challenge!!
This time we're mixing things up and wow... it sure was a challenge for me, but when I looked through my stash of 6x6 paperpads, it kinda was quite easy. Just combined the background paper from the Oliver collection and the patterned papers from the Jovial collection.
And this is the way it turned out...

And a detailphoto...

Even though I totally am a cat-person, I think this Lily of the Valley dog is quite cute and love it as well :)
Bought that image last year in London and the sentiment stamp is also from Lily of the Valley and bought it last time in London (loved being there!) at a stamp and scrapbooking fair and they both finally saw some ink :)

So... now it's your turn to get those Basic Grey papers out of your closets and get mixing and matching them together to find awesome combinations.

Please join us at the challengeblog. And while you're there, please visit the other DT-members as well... great projects!

Thanks very much for coming over and hope to see you next time :)

This card will also play in the following challenges:
- Christmas cards: sketch
- Lily of the Valley: Creature comforts
- Christmas Stampin': Never seen ink
- Crimbo Crackers: Make it sparkle
- Fun with shapes and more: Make 3
- Floweretstämplar: Christmas

Birthday Card - Magnolia Fishing Edwin

Hi there on this "Feels like Spring-kinda" Sunday in November.

Oh yeah... the weather overhere in The Netherlands is just fantastic! Yesterday we were able to go outside without a wintercoat and outside the wind, behind glass it was really comfortable and you were even able to sit outsite without a coat. NICE!!
Nature is behaving really strange the last year....

Anyways... back to topic :)
Got a Magnolia Edwin birthday card to show you today. Made this one a while back for someone who likes fishing.

I masked Edwin, so he was able to sit. Used some punches and voila.... my card's ready:

And a detailphoto of Edwin...

Right now I'm in the middle of Christmascards. Have to make the last ones, but also got some orders from people to make :)
So time is precious and I couldn't find it at the biggest craftfair today... still looking for the right shop which sells it *lol*

Thank you very much for coming over.
See you around next time :)

This card is also playing in the following challenges:
- Just Magnolia: Anything goes

- Birthday Sundaes: Birthday words on front (Van harte = Congrats)

ABC Challenge: C for Crochet Flowers

Hi there and welcome to another ABC-Challenge.

WOW!! What a great response we had on the latest challenge.... top entries and it was really hard to make a Top 3. Please visit the ABC Challengeblog to see who's in our Top 3 :)

The challenge for the coming weeks is "C for Crochet flowers".

For this challenge, I really had no idea what to make as I don't crochet (don't know if you spell it this way), but rememberes some flowers I bought from SU quite a time ago (think about 2 years or something).
So I made this very, very CAS card, but wow... I love it! Think it's better IRL than on the photo though :)

Anyways.. here you have it!

And a detailphoto:

First I used a nestabillitie to diecut the circle. Than placed the flower, stamped the sentiment... easy peasy tonky wonky... really CAS :)

So this is it for me today. Please go to the blog, so you don't miss any of the other creations the DT made :)

Thanks for coming over to see my thing and see you later!

Basic Grey Challenges: Anything Goes

Hi there and welcome again to my blog :)

This time it's time to reveal what I made for the BasicGrey Challenge: Anything Goes.
I'm still into the Halloween home-decoprojects. I just loooooooove making home-decoprojects, only problem is I don't have a large house, so will be giving this away :)

I wanted to use this cute stamp of Batty Tilda in combination with the Booooo background, so I masked a little, colored a bit here and there, used some BasicGrey Eerie papers from the 6x6 paperpad, altered a black photoframe and.... voila.... here's my project:

And a detailphoto...

Thank you very much for coming over!
