ABC Challenge: O for Orange

Hi there!

We just celebrated Queen's Day overhere yesterday and it was fab! Did facepainting from 6.45 am till about 16.00 and I so enjoyed myself.
But after seeing a lot of orange the last couple of weeks (and still more to come with the European Championship football/soccer and the Olympics), it's a hard time for me as I, well... orange isn't quite my fave color to work with *lol* Really... no other country would be this mad finding all sorts of marketing strategies selling their products in shops. You really should have been here 2 years ago with the World Championship football/soccer. Madness all over the place and every year at Queen's Day, the Dutchies are wearing a lot of orange stuff. The funnier, the better ;)

But well... back to topic :)

Right now I like to show you the ABC Challengecard I made for you. This time we arrived at the "O for orange" challenge.

Used one of my latest bought stampsets and I've already used it a lot, so it's really worth the money for me.

Magnolia fairy Tilda 2012

Hi there and happy Sunday!

Only 1 more sleep till Queen's Day and they predict some very great weather with loads of sunshine *whoowhoo!*
Really can't wait till tomorrow, always love that day when everyone seems to be happy, selling loads of stuff (or garbage as I sometimes think *lol*).
I will be there as well, only not selling stuff, but facepainting. Really love doing that as well in my free time and at work.

Anyways... want to show you a card I made with items I bought at the AS-event earlier this month.
Really love this stamp and it was sold out within an hour!!
There were also 2 other people at a booth buying the same paper, and they challenged me to use it, so here it is.

A detailphoto... I really love the way I colored Tilda :)

Hi there and welcome to another Saturday, another BasicGrey challenge! :)

This time we like to challenge you with a 1-2-3 recipe: use 1 image, 2 patterned papers and 3 embellies.
Ok, you gotta find out what my things are, so here's my card:

And here are the things I used: 1 image of a bird, 2 BasicGrey Pyrus patterned papers, 3 embellies (glitter, ribbon and pearls). Did you also know that?? *lol*

CAS: Dashing through the snow

Today I like to show you a Christmascard. As you might now (if you're a regular visitor), I like to make Christmascards all year long, so there isn't too much stress at the end of the year.
So here's another Christmascard, made a few weeks ago. Made with stamps and dies I bought from someone who already had them *lucky me!*
Really like the vintage-feel of the items :)

The stickles had to dry, but I was too anxious taking a photo ;)

Having a fabulous weekend and hope you will have the same. Have been creative all weekend so far and really enjoying myself.

Anyways... used a Magnolia Tilda I really like and loved coloring her.

I don't need any babycards at the moment, but there are some people I know pregnant, so before those little ones are here, I'm updating my cards :)

Masked some images, put some 3d-tape under the blue watch and there you have it...

ABC Challenge: N for Neutrals

I probably will be still in bed sleeping after yesterday's awesome craftshow! :)
So I just sceduled this post, so I know it will be posted on time *lol*

This challenge is all about neutral colors. I just used some kraft, chocolate chip and versamark ink. I love this one!

Basic Grey Challenge: Spring Colors

Hi there!!

I will be sooooooooo enjoying myself today as I will be on the largest stamp- and scrapshow in The Netherlands today. Really love that one and have waited a year for this day to come.
All my fave shops are there and yeah... I probably will come home with some gorgeous goodies as well *lol*

But well... it's also time for another BasicGrey Challenge :)

This time we like you to be inspired by Spring Colors.
So here's my take on the challenge...really loved playing with my new stamps and really great diecut!
Used the Hello Lucious 6x6 paperpad.

When you pull the strip of cardstock, here's a cool sentiment underneath as well :)
Made this card for someone who's celebrating her birthday tomorrow. Think she will like it (I hope *lol*)
