It's Wednesday at Instyle Stamps!

Have you been to the Instyle Stamps blog the past two days?? You may have noticed we're all in the Holiday spirit, bringing you some lovely projects with the stamps which will be released this coming Friday, 16th July!! I really can't wait, as there are so many great stamps that will be there (and already are!!)

Anyways...
Here's my Holiday card for Inspirational Wednesday at the Instyle Stamps blog.
I just loooooooooove making Halloweencards. Unfortunately we don't really celebrate it overhere in The Netherlands as in the USA. People are trying and do their best, but it's nothing like there.
Hmm... I really should book a trip to the USA soon :)

I used Batty Chloe which will be released, like all the other new stamps, this coming Friday, 16th July.

And a close-up of the image...

Thanks for coming! :) Always appreciate it a lot!

Teddy Stampers Challenge Summer Bears

Do you also want it to be Summer??
Well, over at the Teddy Stampers Challenge blog, we have the perfect challenge for you to make something in the "Summer"-style :)

This challenge is all about "Summer bears".
This challenge will be sponsored by a great sponsor.... go check out the Teddy Stampers Challenge blog and you will find out who it will be this time :)

Bought my stamp a while back and *finally* used it. I just love the cutiepaatootie stamps of Penny Black a lot. They are really versatile plus they come wood-mounted and in acrylic. Love them.

Anyways... here's my card for this challenge. Using some papers I have here for over a few years right now (it must be over 2 till 3,5 years I guess), but I still love the very bright colors of it!
Perfect to use them for this challenge :)

Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned papers: GetA2Z; Stamps: Penny Black (image) and unknown (sentiment); Punch: EK Success; Ink: Memento; Baubles: StampingBella; Coloring medium: Copics

Thanks for coming and please enjoy all the other items the DT-members made :)

See you all later this weekend. Working on some special cards :)

Magnolia Wedding card

I just can't wait for the new Magnolia Weddingstamps to arrive at my place. Ordered them yesterday and hopefully they will be here tomorrow or Wednesday.
Bought this cute couple a few months ago, way back in November 2009, so over 6 months ago, at a big craftfair. I really love this stamp a lot and already made several cards with them.
So finally this week the other stamps of the collection will arrive (oh... I must admit I bought some more Weddingcollection stamps in November, so didn't had to order the "whole" collection ;)).

Anyways... here's the card I made:

I just love the combination of the grey/silver/white papers with a bit of color of the flowers.

And a detail to see some more sparkle:

Cardstock: Bazill; Patterned papers: Making Memories; Stamp: Magnolia; Ink: Memento; Stickles: Ranger; Flowers: Magnolia and Prima; Ribbon: Stampin'Up; Coloring Medium: Copics
