Some SU challenge cards

Hi there on this Sunny Sunday.

Today I wanna share some cards I made today for several challenges. There's even a Christmascard involved as I really want to be ready a few weeks before Christmas this year.
Todays cards have all been made with SU products... I sooooooo love them! And the best thing of them is they can be combined with other SU colors and they have most of the colors in embellishments as well which is just perfect for combining everyting so it all looks pretty smooth.

Anyways... here are my cards...

Another Christmascard:

I like the above card to play in the following challenges:
- Heart Song Inspirations: sketch
- Saturday Challenge: Christmas in Spring
- Wee memories: Anything goes
- CCEE Stampers: Christmas

I just looooooove the following card, very CAS and it's saying "SPRING" with those pink and yellow colors :)

I like this card to play in the following challenges:
- CPS: sketch
- A Gem of a Challenge: Anything but square
- Our Daily Bread Designs: Frame it
- Shannon's Sentiments: Spring colors
- Sweet Stampin': The weather
- Just Add Ink: Just add stamps
- Colour Create Challenge: Pastels

Thank you very much for coming over! See you later!

Magnolia-Licious Christmas All Year Long March Blog Hop

Please scroll down for the Instyle Stamps March Blog Hop. Thanks!

Hi there again *lol* and welcome to the Magnolia-Licious Christmas All Year Long March Blog Hop.
It's the first time I'm participating and I'm really enjoying it already!

If it's correct, you've came here after visiting Jean's blog. If not, please start at the beginning, the Magnolia-Licious Christmas All Year Long blog so you don't miss all the fun out there the amazing talented other people created.

At this blog there's a bloghop every 25th of the month.
And as I really don't like all the stress at the end of the year with making Christmascards I thought this was one of the ways to get things a little less stressed :)
So I decided to participate and it also challenges me to use my Christmas Maggies all year long.

Anyways... here's the card I made for this hop:

And a detailphoto:

Well... this is it, I hope you enjoyed my little Christmasspirit in March ;)
Thank you very much for coming over.

The next stop on the hop is Kathy. She has an amazing project for you! Go check it out! :)

See you later!

Instyle Stamps March Blog Hop: Spring!

This month's theme is "Spring", so I decided to do something with Easter and made an Easter basket with some eggs in it. Here it is:

Hope you will like it :)

You're next stop on the hop is the fabulous Axa. I'm sure you will love her project :)

And before I forget, did you notice Instyle Stamps is having a sale?? Please go to the blog or the website for more details.

Whiff of Joy meets Sweet Stop Sketches

Hi there!

Here's another card today. This time made with a very lovely stamp of Whiff of Joy.
I combined this card with the Sweet Stop Sketches sketch of this week.

So here you have it:

And a detailphoto as well of the image, so you can see the glitter on the wings:

I'm also entering this card in this time's Whiff Of Joy Guest DT Call. Maybe I will have some luck ;)

Thank you for coming over! See you later! :)

ABC Challenge: Quilting/Sewing

Hi there!

It's another Wednesday for me to join in the ABC Challenges. This week the challenge is "Quilting-Sewing".
Put some patterned papers on the base of the card (always Bazzill cardstock) and "stitched" them together with some stitch stamps :)
We're sponsored by StampFairy, so all the DT members got to work with an image.
I worked with "Peas in a pod" which you can find overhere.
And this is my card:

Thank you very much for coming over!
I'd love to visit you as well, so I'm asking you to join the team this week as well :)

Take care and see you later!

SU CAS card: Good luck!

Hi there *again*!

Ok, I've totally come out of my comfortzone with this card. I loooooooooove green, you just have to look in my closet to see a lot of it in it.
I also love to scrap with this color, but making a CAS card with this color... oh my... but well... it really challenged me and I just love it! After receiving this stampset last week I just knew I had to make a "good luck" card with it, instead of a St Patrick's Day card as we don't celebrate it overhere and loads of people sometimes need a "good luck" card (driving licence, swimming diploma, new job, etc. etc.)

So here you have it... loads of green :)

Think the photo doesn't let the card "sparkle". Think the card is IRL much better.

Anyways... thanks for coming over and see you later!

Challenges:
- Create with Connie and Mary: Go Green

Instyle Stamps Easterbunny card

Hi there! Glad you're here.

Today I have a card to share with an image of one of Instyle Stamps' newest released sets. All Easterthemed and I love this one! :)

This Easterbunny is way too cute.
Made a CAS card (again). Just love those to make!

Anyways... here's my card:

You can find the stampset overhere, it's called "Patty Bunny Wuv".

Don't forget this Friday there will be the ISS bloghop, always loads of fun. Hope to see you there! :)

Thanks for coming over and see you later!

Instyle Stamps: Inspiration Challenge

Hi there!

It's been a few weeks back since we at the Instyle Stamps blog had the inspiration challenge.
This is the photo we were inspired by:

I was inspired by seeing all that nature, so it was quite obvious to use the daffodil from the newest released set "Patty Bunny Wuv" and this is the card I made:

Did you notice I'm making loads of CAS cards lately?! I just love them, specially when I'm using the SU products... just perfect as everything is adjusted (ink, papers, ribbon, etc. etc.).

Please stop by the Instyle Stamps blog so you can play along with the challenge and see the other creations the DT have made.

Thanks for coming over :) Have a nice evening... mine will end within 3 hours ;)

Sketch of the card is from Cards&Things Challengeblog.

Another SU Christmascard

Hi there!

Guess you've seen the title of this post... it's time for another Christmascard :)
So here you have it:

I just loooooooooove the combo of red and green/olive for Christmascards :)
Made this card with a sketch of clean&simple... love CAS cards a lot.

Thank you very much for coming over!

See you later! :)

BasicGrey Challenges: recycle

Good morning and welcome to another BasicGreyChallenge :)
This time the theme is "RECYCLE".

I altered an matchbox I had here for quite a while and knew it would come in handy some day *lol*
It's a larger matchbox and just perfect for birthdays etc. to lighten the candles.

Anyways...here's my project:

And seen from the front:

Thank you very, very much for coming on over! :) Really appreciate it!

Teddy Stampers Challenge: Embossing

Please scroll down for the Wags'nWhiskers Challenge...thanks! :)

Hi there and welcome to another Teddy Stampers' Challenge.
This time we choose the theme "Embossing". I wanted to make a clean and simple card and think I managed quite well ;)
I didn't want to use heatembossing this time, but just embossing with some plates.
First I wanted to use my MS scoreboard for scoring some lines, but thought I had some little embossingfolders, just perfect for this little stitch.

Anyways... here's my project:

Just love this card! I think it's way too sweet and perfect for any birth, girl or boy, the light yellow suits them both :)

Thank you very much for coming over. It would be nice if you could join us in this challenge. I just know you will love it :)
Don't forget to hop over to the blog for more eyecandy from the DT. Thanks!

See you later!

Wags'nWhiskers Challenge: Spring Inspired

Hi there and welcome to another Wags'nWhiskers challenge.
This time the theme is set by me :) Spring is only a couple of days away and thought about the challenge and was inspired by it so this challenge is called "Spring inspired". You can think about everything... flowers, colors, etc. etc. that Springs inspires you with.
I was inspired by all the tulips Spring brings us overhere in The Netherlands. I so love it!

Been to the Keukenhof a couple of times to get myself some awesome photos (really, if you're able to visit...please do, it's eyecandy!!) and tulips are all over that place.

Anyways... here's my card, enjoy ;)

And a detail of the glitter:

For this card I used "Rosalie" who you can buy overhere (USA and Canada) or overhere (everywhere else in the world).

Thank you for coming over. Please don't forget to visit the Wags'nWhiskers blog for more inspiration from the DT, they did, again!!, a marvelous job.

See you later! :)

DWYT Sketch #77

Hi there!

It's Thursday, 0:00 CET, so time for another DWYT sketch!
This week's sketch is made by Christien. Really loved working with this one. Also used colors I normally don't use that often, specially orange isn't one I like a lot, but think it's festive, so suits this image just perfect :)

Here's the card I created, with a stamp of LOTV I recently bought from someone else. I looooooooove LOTV images :)

And a detailphoto of the image:

I also colored the flowers on the right side of the card. They were white at first, but with a little help of my copics... voila.... orange ones! :)

This is it. Don't forget to hop over to the DWYT-blog for more inspiration from the team. And I'd love you to play with this sketch as well, so I can visit you :)

Thanks for visiting! See you later! :)

Well... you certainly can't start early enough with making Christmascards, so I made several of them the last couple of weeks, so I don't have to stress at the end of the year.

This is one of the cards I made:

This is a card you can make within 10 minutes...really quick! :)
You just need some cardstock, patterned papers, stamps, ink and punches... cutting the papers, punching the images and cardstock... easypeasy I can tell! :)

Thank you very much for coming over!

Butterfly blog linky party

Hi there!

First of all I wanna take a little time here to tell you my thoughts and prayers are with the people of Japan after the terrible earthquake and tsunami. No words can describe the feelings I have after seeing the terrible pictures on the news.

Second of all I'd like to welcome you to the Butterfly Blog Linky Party. Eva is organizing this and it should be loads of fun.

All you have to do is link up your butterfly project to her blog. There's even some candy involved (and who doesn't like this eh??!!).

Here are my projects... yes, projectS as I made 2 cards. I wanted to make a SU one and a Magnolia one, so here they are:

First of all my SU project. I'm sooooooooo in love with this colorcombo! I'm totally loving red (it's my fave color) and in combination with these 2 other colors it really is classy :)

All products used (cardstock, stamps, ink, ribbon and butterfly embosslits die) are SU.
Stamped the flowers and diecut the butterflies and put them on top of the card. Really easy card to make, but soooooo love it!

This card is also playing in the following challenges:

Next project is a Magnolia card using a stamp I bought, I think, 2 years ago. I so love it! Hmmm... I love (almost) all Magnolia stamps! :)

Anyways... here's my 2nd and last project, using Tilda as butterfly-stamp.

This card is playing the following challenges:
- A Magnolia Challenge: Creation with Magnolia image

This is it! Thank you very much for coming over! Really appreciate it a lot!
Hope to see you around a little later today, this week, this month, this year :)

Another SU-card :)

Hi there!

It's almost weekend overhere, only a couple of hours...

Today I'd like to share a card with you I made last week. Again I used SU goodies, apart from the background stamp and the rope.
I'm finding it difficult to make cards for men, but with this colorcombo and stamps (which is the first time I used this set *oops*) I think this card turned out pretty much OK :)

Anyways.. here it is...

Thank you very much for coming over and leaving me all those nice comments very time! Really appreciate them and read them as well :)

See you later and happy weekend!

I would really love to give you a comment when you're playing with us. So please head over to the DWYT-blog, see the sketch for yourself and join us :)
And while you're at the DWYT-blog, please see the other creations the DT-members made. Totally cool! :)

Mojo Monday #181

Hi there (again *smile*)

Mojo Monday is one of my fave cardsketches sites to explore for inspiration. And today I thought it was time to give it another try for this week's sketch.

Bought some lovely new patterned papers and stickers last week from one of my fave companies: Echo Park... I *heart* this company!
Also used some very old rub-ons from my stash... I just love browsing through my stash of stuff and finding some items I can use in combination with new stuff :)
And this is the card I made with all my new goodies:

Thanks for coming over (again) today and have a lovely evening/day/night...

See you later! :)
