MCSC: Rainbow/Regenboog

Hi there!

It's time for another MCSC-challenge. This time we are using the theme "Rainbow". You can make a real rainbow, you can be inspired by the colors of the rainbow... just a few ideas :)
Anyways... here's my card:

Het is tijd voor een nieuwe MCSC-challenge. Deze keer gebruiken we het thema "Regenboog".
Je kunt een echte regenboog maken, je kunt geinspireerd raken door de kleuren van de regenboog... een paar ideetjes :)
Hier is m'n kaart:

Actually this is my 3rd card I made with this theme. The first 2 didn't make the camera, as I had put the colors in the wrong place *oops*
Thanks for coming over. Please visit the MCSC-blog and hope you are able to join us! :)
See you later!
Tot de volgende keer!

ABC Challenge: Q for Quilt

Hi there and welcome to another ABC Challenge.

This time it's Q for Quilt and to be honest, I really found it a hard challenge. Really had no idea what to make. Then I suddenly knew the answer... making a quilt out of hexagons!! Hmm... this idea was easily dropped, as I found it quite hard to make them without a great liner.
So when cleaning my room, found these papers, stamp and just the perfect purple ink (SU's Perfect Plum!) for this project.

And here it is...

Thanks so much for coming over. Please join us this challenge and visit the ABC Challengeblog. Thank you!

See you later! :)

Guess where I've been :)

Hi there!

Guess where I've been the last 3 days.... oh yeah.... Been in Paris, city of lights, city of loooooooooove.

Photo wasn't taken by me... got it from the internet.
Been in Paris 2 more times, but not longer than 24 hours and the last time I only spend 2 hours around Sacre Coeur before the Thalys left to The Netherlands.
But now... 3 whole days, started last Tuesday, waking up at 5.00 am!! to get the tram of just before 6 am, train just before 7 am, to be in Paris at 9.30 am!! Whoowhoo!!
Now that's what I call making the most out of everything.

Anyways... thanks for coming over.
Oh yeah... really loooooooove Paris as well (but not as much as Londen *lol*)

By the way... this is a sceduled post (love it!). As I will still be in the Thalys going home when this post goes live *lol*
A "live"-update will follow later on :)

With Sympathy

Hi there and welcome to this blog :)

Today I like to show you a card which isn't a card you like to make daily, but is a part of this life as well.
Made some sympathy cards, just in case I need one and don't have any time to make one.

Very CAS, but I like it. No embellies at all, just 2 stamps and 2 different shades of grey ink. Love it!

Thanks so much for coming over. Hope to see you later!

MCM: Merry Christmas Monday :)

Hi there!

Did you also enjoy last couple of days??
They went so fast! I just had a marvelous time as we had 4 days off work due to a national holiday last Thursday.
The weather has been fantastic the last couple of days overhere and I have been coloring a lot! And I mean A LOT!! Oh yeah..hehe...

But here I am, back with another card. Thought it was ok to call today MCM: "Merry Christmas Monday", as I have a Christmascard to show you today. Really CAS as well.
It's from a PTI set I really "needed to have", but didn't quite know what to do with it, so when I received it, I just kept experimenting with those stamps and this is one of the cards I made with it (after some papers reached the bin and after some blogsurfing...):

It was quite easy to make, but I really needed to middle of the card to start of :)
This card has already been made multiple times, perfect for giving some people I know.

This is it for today. Thanks so much for coming over and hope to see you again!

CAS meets DCL and CAS-ual Fridays

Hi there and welcome to another Sunny day!

Having some days off work due to yesterday's holiday, I'm having quite some time to be crafty :)
Today I like to show you a card which is quite cheerful :)
It's really CAS, which I, as you may know, like.
3 rows of colored cardstock, 3 white punched butterflies, a corner punch, some gems and a sentiment stamp. Nothing more, nothing less.
Think I will use this layout more often as I really like the outcome and you can use just any sentiment you need for the occasion and some nice colors :)

Thanks so much for coming over and hope to see you later :)

Challenges:
- Dutch card lovers: photo-inspiration and CAS (use green, orange and pink)
- CAS-ual Fridays: Punchy (butterfly and corner)

Nothing else much to say, so I will leave you now.

Thanks for coming over and hope to see you again soon! :)
