SU Christmascard

Hi there! :)

Well... you certainly can't start early enough with making Christmascards, so I made several of them the last couple of weeks, so I don't have to stress at the end of the year.

This is one of the cards I made:

This is a card you can make within 10 minutes...really quick! :)
You just need some cardstock, patterned papers, stamps, ink and punches... cutting the papers, punching the images and cardstock... easypeasy I can tell! :)

Thank you very much for coming over!

See you later!

Butterfly blog linky party

Hi there!

First of all I wanna take a little time here to tell you my thoughts and prayers are with the people of Japan after the terrible earthquake and tsunami. No words can describe the feelings I have after seeing the terrible pictures on the news.

Second of all I'd like to welcome you to the Butterfly Blog Linky Party. Eva is organizing this and it should be loads of fun.

All you have to do is link up your butterfly project to her blog. There's even some candy involved (and who doesn't like this eh??!!).

Here are my projects... yes, projectS as I made 2 cards. I wanted to make a SU one and a Magnolia one, so here they are:

First of all my SU project. I'm sooooooooo in love with this colorcombo! I'm totally loving red (it's my fave color) and in combination with these 2 other colors it really is classy :)

All products used (cardstock, stamps, ink, ribbon and butterfly embosslits die) are SU.
Stamped the flowers and diecut the butterflies and put them on top of the card. Really easy card to make, but soooooo love it!

This card is also playing in the following challenges:

Next project is a Magnolia card using a stamp I bought, I think, 2 years ago. I so love it! Hmmm... I love (almost) all Magnolia stamps! :)

Anyways... here's my 2nd and last project, using Tilda as butterfly-stamp.

This card is playing the following challenges:
- A Magnolia Challenge: Creation with Magnolia image

This is it! Thank you very much for coming over! Really appreciate it a lot!
Hope to see you around a little later today, this week, this month, this year :)

Another SU-card :)

Hi there!

It's almost weekend overhere, only a couple of hours...

Today I'd like to share a card with you I made last week. Again I used SU goodies, apart from the background stamp and the rope.
I'm finding it difficult to make cards for men, but with this colorcombo and stamps (which is the first time I used this set *oops*) I think this card turned out pretty much OK :)

Anyways.. here it is...

Thank you very much for coming over and leaving me all those nice comments very time! Really appreciate them and read them as well :)

See you later and happy weekend!

Mojo Monday #181

Hi there (again *smile*)

Mojo Monday is one of my fave cardsketches sites to explore for inspiration. And today I thought it was time to give it another try for this week's sketch.

Bought some lovely new patterned papers and stickers last week from one of my fave companies: Echo Park... I *heart* this company!
Also used some very old rub-ons from my stash... I just love browsing through my stash of stuff and finding some items I can use in combination with new stuff :)
And this is the card I made with all my new goodies:

Thanks for coming over (again) today and have a lovely evening/day/night...

See you later! :)

SU cardset

Hi there and hello sunshine!

OMG! The sun is shining fulltime overhere and I just looooooooooove it! Can't wait till all Springflowers get out of the ground and give us that colored world :)

Anyways... been playing with some SU-goodies last week and I just looooooooooved it! You get the perfect touch every time when combining colors and stamps with each other.

Made this card:

And as it's an clean&simple card, I made a few extra, just in case :)
I just loooooooove kraft cardstock and from a 12"x12" one, you can get 4 4"x4" cards done. Perfect for those quick cards.

Thanks for coming over and see you later! :)

Time for Tea: High Tea invitation

Hi there on a very sunny Sunday afternoon!

Oh, I totally love this weather and it's pretty hot as well when sitting behind the window in my livingroom. I even had breakfast this morning at my balcony (even though I had to wear a warm sweater) and it was very, very nice!

Anyways... as the title of this blogpost says, it's time for a High Tea :)

I came across 2 blogs. At one of them you had to make a little box and on the other one you had to make an invitation.
So I made this box for an high tea invitation. Used "winter tea" inside which is a tea I totally love, combined with the Echo Park Wintertime papers. I *heart* Echo Park. Have to say I still have a lot of this tea overhere and when winter is over I still like to drink it. It's got an apple, cinnamon flavour and I really love it!

Anyways... here's what I made: an invitation to a high tea party :)

Box closed:

Box opened:

Detail of the inside:

I will defenately make more of these! Really easy to make and they will certainly also be a great gift for people who like tea :)

Thank you very much for coming over!! See you later! :)

This creation is playing in the following challenges:
-
Double Dutch: Time for tea
- A Passion for Paper Trey: Invite for an event (used the Tea for Two and Tea for Two Additions stamp sets and the Tea for Two dies)
