Another Magnolia Tulip Tilda card

Hi there again :)

Remember this post?? Where I told you I made another thing with Tulip/Truike Tilda??
Well... here it is... It's really different. I really wanted to challenge myself to a black & white Tilda as I thought this image also could fit a "with sympathy"-card, so I started with the markers... but.... the image transformed in more blue-black than black/brown black that matches the patterned papers.

Ok, I read about this on the internet, but I kept coloring, so I now have a finished image :) Anyhow...

So I stamped another sweet image of Tulip/Truike Tilda and now I started to play with the other markers :)

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tell ya!! They matched the papers I wanted to use perfectly! *Yahoo!!*

Here's the card I made:

Seriously!!! I didn't make my photo sepia or black-white... these really are the colors of the paper and image!! Cool eh??!!
And did you notice I used the same layout as this post?? It's totally different if you use other colors :)

A shot of the front of the card:

A detailphoto...

Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned papers: MME; Image: Magnolia; Ribbon: Stampin'Up; Baubles: StampingBella; Ink: Memento; Coloring medium: Copics; Pen: ZIG

Thank you so much for coming, really appreciate it :)

Oh... before I forget... here you can see the difference between the colors used.....

really different eh??

Again thank you for coming and sorry for the long post :)

Magnolia Tulip Tilda Card

Hi there!

Have been playing a lot these days with loads of stamps from different companies and it was so much fun to do! Unfortunately I can't show you everything right now as a lot of items are made for DT's I'm in, but.... I have been playing with the Magnolia Tulip/Truike Tilda :)
She is just so much fun and I tell ya... she can be very versatile, but you can see this within the next 48 hours when I will show you something else I made with her :) Just be patient (hmm.... like we crafters can wait long for new goodies etc *lol*).

Anyways... here's the first thing I made with Tulip Tilda:

And a detailshot:

Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned papers: Cosmo Cricket; Stamps: Magnolia (image) and Sandylion (I think, Kelly Penacci); Lace: own stash; Punches: EK Success; Baubles: StampingBella; Ink: Memento; Coloring medium: Copics

Wags 'n Whiskers Challenge Card

Whoowhoo!!
This is the first Wags 'n Whiskers challenge I will take part in as a DT member :)
Don't you just looooooooove their cute images?? I sure do!

This time I used the stamp "Summer Treat". This stamp is unmounted deep etched red rubber, so quality is guaranteed, I can tell ya!
I just love icecream and this is the perfect stamp, specially as it also includes a cat and I just looooooooove cats (and have 2 of my own).

Anyways... back to the challenge.
This time the theme is "Triple Play". So this means you need to use 3 of something.
I used:
1. 3 different patterned papers
2. 3 flower punches
3. 3 techniques: coloring (image), stitching (around all edges) and layering (flowers and papers).

So, here's the card I made:

Stamp: Wags'nWhiskers Summer treat; Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned papers: BasicGrey; Punches: EK Success; Brad and center: own stash; Coloring medium: Copics

By the way... this stamp is ready to buy! *yahoo* Yes, you can also own this one :)
For US/Canada: Summer Treat
For UK/Europe/Rest of the world: Summer Treat

Thanks for coming and don't forget to visit the other DTmembers as well.
I would love to bring you a visit when you play with us at the Wags'nWhiskers blog :)
See you later!

Winner digi stamp card :)

A few weeks ago I won this very cute Angel digistamp of The Stamping Bazaar. Isn't he cool??!!
Ok, I hardly win anything, but that week I won several digistamps, like this one and I really love this Angel, in fact I love a lot of Angels :)

So...here's the card. Struggled a bit about the clothes, I found some red, blue and kraft ClubScrap cardstock and wanted to use it, but then I had to choose my patterned papers...
It was hard as I really had no idea what patterned papers to use, but when I was going through my 6x6 BasicGrey paperpads I just knew I had to use these papers. Perfect for a little boy, perfect for a baby card plus perfect for the already chosen cardstock :) And yes, I still need loads of babycards at the momemt..phhhhfffff.

Anyways...here's the card and oh... watch that hair! Cool... but needed a lot of practice. I got it from the Instyle Stamps blog where the lovely Angela made a tutorial how to color the hair like this. I printed it so I can always use it and don't have the computer to be on. Thanks sweetie!!!

Digistamp: The Stamping Bazaar (Angel); Cardstock: Bazzill and ClubScrap; Ribbon: Stampin'Up; Coloring medium: Copics; Stickles (wings): Ranger

1 stampset, 2 different cards

Ok, I just loooooooooove SU products.
When I was surfing the internet I came across a blog where a card was created with the same colors and items I created the following card with.
I really have no idea on what blog it was, but it just caught my eye and was perfect for those "with sympathy"-cards. Please, if you know which blog it was... tell me, so I can give credit to this person. Thanks! :)

After seeing that card, I also wanted this stampset, cardstock and ribbon.
Anyways... here's the card I made. Got 3 others ready, but positioned the ribbon and cardopenings different on each card.

But... I also made 4 other cards, based on this concept, only with bright colors. I just love how it worked! A totally different style!

Cardstock, ink, stamps, ribbon; Stampin'Up

Anyways... just love the way how colors make such a different.
Thanks for coming and looking :)

Teddy Stampers challenge card

Hi there and welcome to another Teddy Stampers challenge!

I used 4 circles (1 of paper, 3 baubles), 3 retangles (2 of paper, one punched with a border punch and the stamped image) and 2 squares (1 paper and the cardstockbase).

As there are loads of pregnant women around me, I really need babycards, so you will see them overhere a lot more :)

Here's what I made:
